On beautiful Barnegat Bay at Long Beach Island. The Howards bought this 60 slip facility in 1985. The facility was formerly Captain Clover's Dock. Escape Harbor Marina now encompasses a small part of land on the lagoon on 32nd Street and the much larger area on the bayfront between 31st and 32nd Streets. A combination of sailboats and powerboats share the 60 slips here with boats ranging in size from 15 to 40 feet in length. A minimum of five and a half feet in depth in both the marina and entrance channel make navigation around here easy even for the larger boats. A large fenced lot provides plenty of off street parking for slip-holders and their guests.

The Senator Frank S. Farley State Marina is a public facility owned by the New Jersey Division of Parks and Forestry managed by Trump Marina Associates. The marina offers 640 floating slips with 24 hour security and has the capability of docking yachts up to 300 feet in length. The marina is approximately 44 statute miles offshore from Cape May and 60 statute miles offshore from Briell, NJ-Manasquan Inlet. The harbor is well protected with little current and no wakes; dock attendants are available to assist boaters as needed. The marina offers connections for water, cable, telephone, and electric service up to 100 amps. The modern fuel dock has high speed pumps for gas and diesel and has a pump out station. Bathrooms, private showers, and laundry facilities are available.
